Made from heat-treated tool steel (with a hardness of 57-62 RC) and treated with a TwinClad XT coating, you know that this is the perfect upgrade for your 3D printer if you print a lot and especially the more exclusive materials, such as carbon filled materials and other filaments with additives. With this 3D printer nozzle you can assume that you will not have to do any maintenance on the nozzle in the coming years and that it will hardly wear out.

Print settings Micro Swiss A2 hardened steel 3D printer nozzle

For 3D printing with the Micro Swiss hardened steel nozzle, it may be advantageous to print at a slightly higher temperature than with a standard brass nozzle. Try 5 degrees Celsius at a time to see the difference.
